- What is the Primigi Fidelity Card?Open or Close
The Primigi Fidelity Card is a free electronic card that grants the two following advantages:
» the collection of points for the Operation Wardrobe, from which the customer can obtain vouchers
» the participation in PROMOTIONS and exclusive advantages meant for Fidelity card holders only.
- How can I get the Fidelity Card?Open or Close
You can ask for the Fidelity card for Free in every Primigi Store and use it to get discounts and promotions.

Once you received the Card you will need to complete the registration: go to www.primigi.it, to the section CARD – FIDELITY CARD, or click here. Fill-in the form with the necessary data. You will receive a confirmation email: click on the link that will finalize your registration and that will allow you to start the points collection.
- How does the Fidelity Card work?Open or Close
The Primigi Fidelity Card will allow you to take part in the Operation Wardrobe: you collect 1 point each € 10 of purchase!
Depending on the level reached, the customer will get a voucher according to the following scheme:
· 50 points = 20 € voucher
· 100 points = 50 € voucher
· 200 points = 120 € voucher
· 300 points = 210 € voucher
· 400 points = 320 € voucher
· 500 points = 450 € voucher
- How can I check the points balance of my Fidelity Card?Open or Close
You can check the points balance by looking at the bottom of the receipt or by asking for it to the staff of the Primigi Store that issued the Fidelity Card.
- When my points collection will expire?Open or Close
The points collection is valid for 1 year, starting from the first purchase done at the moment of the subscription of the card.
For example, if you made the first purchase on October 1, 2016, your points collection will expire on October 1, 2017, and the points left will be cancelled starting from 02 October 2017.
The Points accumulation is separated for each Primigi Store, but the deadline is only one. For example, if you got the Fidelity in the Primigi Store “A” and made the first purchase on October 1, 2016, and after that date, you shopped also at Primigi Store “B”, the two point collections (store “A” and “B”) will expire on October 1, 2017, because what is taken into consideration is the date of the first absolute purchase.
After each purchase, you can check for your points balance and deadline at the bottom of the receipt.
- Is the Primigi Fidelity card valid in every Primigi Store?Open or Close
Yes, it is. However, the points collected in different Primigi Stores cannot be accumulated. The Points accumulation is separated for each Primigi Store.
- Can the points collected in different Primigi Stores be accumulated?Open or Close
No, they cannot be accumulated.
- Can the Operation Wardrobe vouchers be accumulated or used together with other vouchers or promotions?Open or Close
No, they cannot. Vouchers obtained with the Operation Wardrobe cannot be accumulated, or used together with other promotions. They cannot be divided into different purchases, but used one time only. No change will be given to the customer in case of a difference between the value of the Voucher and the total value of the purchase. Vouchers cannot be converted into cash.
- Can I use the Operation Wardrobe Voucher to buy Items on Sales?Open or Close
No, vouchers cannot be used to buy items on Sales or included in any other promotion.
- How much time do I have to spend my Operation Wardrobe voucher?Open or Close
The voucher will be valid for 6 months from the issuing date.
- Can I use the Operation Wardrobe voucher if among the items purchased, some of them are discounted?Open or Close
The voucher can be used only on items excluded from any promotion or discount.
- Can I use the Operation Wardrobe voucher in every Primigi Store?Open or Close
No, you cannot. The voucher can be used only in the Primigi Store that issued it, because the points accumulation is separated for each Primigi Store.
- What can I do if I lose my Fidelity Card?Open or Close
In case of loss of the Fidelity Card, you can contact the staff of your trusted store and ask for a new card.
After that, you will have to go to the website www.primigi.it, to the section CARD – REGISTRATION or to this linkhttps://www.primigi.it/en/fidelity-card/registration.html, and update your data by putting your new Fidelity code.
This procedure will allow you to maintain the points of the lost Fidelity Card
- Can I give my Fidelity card to someone else?Open or Close
No, you cannot. The Fidelity Card is personal and cannot be given to anyone else.
- Can I sum the points collected in two different Primigi Fidelity Cards?Open or Close
No, you cannot. It is not possible to sum points accumulated in different cards, not even if the Cards belong to people of the same family unit.
- How can I get information about Primigi Stores ongoing promotions?Open or Close
